Dwarf against Gun-toting Soldier... going by DF Dwarves, I'd say 90% of the time the gun-toting soldier wins at first, but the 10% of dwarves who survive become the badass core of a fortress which refuses to go down until someones pet dies, because reasons.

I see one Grovyle seventeen... Pikachus? Pikachi? Plural of Pikachu is something. Anyways, given a Dwarves proclivity to kill everything with Fire and Magma, and their talent with Smithing... I'd classify them as a Fire/Steel type. NOT Earth-type, since they "Strike the Earth".

I'd say they'd beat Grovyle A Thunder of Pikachus/Pikachi would beat Dwarves, at least "type-wise".
