Also, just realized his description sounds like Agent 47 from Hitman. What's the barcode for?
It just states his Code name, from his days as an assassin Agent 194257-3, Its also there so people can ID his corpse months after he has died, because the "Barcode" is tattooed all the way onto his skull.

Having irremovable ID like that seems quite counterintuitive for a criminal.

He was a high quality Assassin who worked for a "VARY" select organization, That barcode Ids him as belonging to them at one point.

They'd need a more discreet form of identification, something that visible and hard to conceal. A barcode etched into one's skull is pretty visible and suspicious.

Consider some of the forms of self identification of today youth, Tattoos, Piercings, Unique Hair, So on and so forth, Whats to say he didnt get that when he was hung over in high school, Tattoos aren't that easy to get rid of, particularly if its burnt into your skull...

If the organization is as select as you say, they wouldn't have given one to a drunk teenager. Also, such a thing would have hindered his ability to be a covert assassin.

Well then, lets just remove it and give him some form of dogtags...

I am in, my character could have brought Vishnu along in an attempt to liberate him from his oppressive masters.

By buying him and ordering him to follow us here.

Misguided idealist and all that.

Did we need skills or anything else?

Been asleep all day due to pain meds.

Detoxicated, would this be alright with you?

Skills are good for RP, but not mechanically necessary. Unskilled people probably assume that they'll be able to go off "book-knowledge," what with this being the future and such vast downloaded databases.

I'll add your character to the comp in a bit, after I calc the power use.

I haven't heard from Detoxicated since the last change to his sheet, so we may be starting without him. As I have a pile of schoolwork to catch up on, and various other business, I'd say he has maybe one or two more days.

How about this

Name: Vishnu III
Type: Android
Augmentation: Six arms
Gender Male
Age:27
Appearance: Blue Skin, red eyes, bald head.
Background: A servant android trained in most human languages and gardening skills. For a long time Vishnu III served under various princes who had used him to translate andf work in their personal gardens, tending complicated plants. After a revolution at his last master, Vishnu III was freed as his master was overthrown. The Coalition of Mutants did not have use for a servant android and freed him to go where he pleased. As he had never experienced proper freedom before, he began looking for main goals to work towards. He was pre programmed to like helping people, so he began travelling the land road trip style. There he came to know many places as well as people. He is looking to go to Mars, because it seems natural to help these friendly people on their task.

If he's looking to go to somewhere else, then he wouldn't join this project, because it's intended to be a long-term thing. Also, princes?

For a long time Vishnu III served under various princes who had used him to translate andf work in their personal gardens, tending complicated plants. He was treated very harshly and disciplined by electrocution. Terry Waterson came into contact with the master of Vishnu III and bought him off of him for a high sum, as he could not bare to have an emotional being like Vishnu be mistreated like that. Vishnu is still recovering from traumata of slavery and in a thankful state towards Terry.
