Okay , pretty simple.
What you do first:
Create and name your army.
Make some units so your army dont get shrekt(max 10 starting units).
How to play:
At each round , you can do 3 actions.
Diplomatic actions does not count.
You can produce 10 units per turn.
You can invent 1 units per turn.
You can test 1 units per turn.
You can upgrade one type of unit per turn.
You can set up a base/outpost 1 time per 2 turn.

How you know your army power:
Well , just count the power of your whole army.
What you can do:
Make alliances.(Like any number of groups joins together)
Make groups.
Invent units though not too far away in the future and you must test them before and max power 10 000..
Declare war(well it was obvious)
Invent imaginary ennemies(like terrorists)
Make space stations as base(needs to invent rocket and space station before)
Make base on mars/moon
Make outpost/base
Upgrade an unit (max 4 upgrades)
Produce units
Equip your units
Invent weapons
and maybe other things....
How do you fight:
Obligatory fighting first round.
After that , you can either continue fighting either flee.You do can build trenches/sandbags etc....
To win your ennemy power must be 0.He will choose 10 units that flee.
When both army fight,both army powers are reduced by half of the other army power(e.g 1000 power vs 1000 power it will do 500 power for both)
