Okay , pretty simple.

What you do first:
Create and name your army.
Make some units so your army dont get shrekt(max 10 starting units).

How to play:
At each round , you can do 3 actions.
Diplomatic actions does not count.
You can produce 10 units per turn.
You can invent 1 units per turn.
You can test 1 units per turn.
You can upgrade one type of unit per turn.
You can set up a base/outpost 1 time per 2 turn.
For list of actions , see What you can do?

How you know your army power:
Well , just count the power of your whole army.

What you can do:
Make alliances.(Like any number of groups joins together)
Make groups.
Invent units though not too far away in the future and you must test them before and max power 10 000..
Declare war(well it was obvious)
Invent imaginary ennemies(like terrorists)
Make space stations as base(needs to invent rocket and space station before)
Make base on mars/moon
Make outpost/base
Upgrade an unit (max 4 upgrades)
Produce units
Equip your units
Invent weapons
and maybe other things....

How do you fight:
Obligatory fighting first round.
After that , you can either continue fighting either flee.You do can build trenches/sandbags etc....
To win your ennemy power must be 0.He will choose 10 units that flee.
When both army fight,both army powers are reduced by half of the other army power(e.g 1000 power vs 1000 power  it will do 500 power for both)

The armies are all ready , along with the new soldiers.Commanders have begun planning.

War
The Grand Crusade has begun to expunge the methodists from the face of the earth. It has been discovered the forces of the Terran republic are primarily methodists (gasp) The crusaders have declared war on the Terran republic and have marched four of there six infantry units to begin the invasion. The four engineering units are ordered to begin building fortifications along the borders of baptist territory
Diplomacy
The crusaders are calling to all baptists both southern and otherwise to join them in there holy crusade against the methodist heretics
Technology
The Baptist armaments and design bureau begins preliminary designs for mounted infantry divisions to serve as reconnaissance and flanking units. Mounted infantry ride on dirt bikes and four wheelers to give them all train capabilities and carry lighter weapons then there standard infantry counter parts.

I don't actually dislike methodists this is more intended to satire the methodist and baptist rivalry in my home town

BREAKING NEWS:

Terrorists have been spotted in New York in a small quarter.Yet , only one police member have been shot , but the terrorists are heavily armed and they seem to be a lot; this is only a pack of terrorists that got out.We have detected an underground base ; estimated 500+.
They are also very well trained.
Requesting any private agency/starting armies to take down the pack only as they are terrorising the population and police/swat cant do anything ; they are immediately taked down.
