"If the rules are keeping people from attacking others when they shouldn't, why won't they FOLLOW them? I can't handle this, I was DONE with constantly fighting and planning, but nooooooo people can't follow the rules and noone is ever going to be safe because they're going to have to look over their shoulder to ensure they're being hit when it's against the rules, dammitall!"
And she turns and starts to storm away.

"Oh for Armok's sake.  Someone get Teresha to the nurse, please.  I'd RATHER not have to deal with a concussed voodoo-y real-life shipper sharing rooms with Lieselotte.  Who knows what could happen."

"The rules are quite simple. Again, any questions will be addressed later.
You will all know the mundane school's rules from the posters stuck up around the place. There's one in your common room, too. Please keep those unless it is impossible for you to do so, and even then we will know whether your excuse is genuine or not. Be careful.
The rules that apply specifically to you are as follows:
For those of you who must feed on humans, or other similarly nonstandard food, we can provide for that. Do not feed on other students. See me for details.
Do not reveal the supernatural to the mundanes.
No violence, especially not involving usage of supernatural powers.
Due to some students' conditions, there is no curfew as such. Kindly refrain from disrupting others' sleep, though.
Manipulating another's mind, even in a positive way and with their consent, is forbidden unless authorised by me, and then for very good reason involving matters of life-changing consequence. Telepathy is fine, but don't be too invasive.
Mind reading beyond surface thoughts is forbidden unless impossible to avoid.
