Alan notices Lilith's distress and moves back over to the vampires.  He is staring daggers at Lux.  Not literal daggers, though, just what might look like the seeds of eye lasers, a sort of orange glow swirling across his irises.

"At this point I would like to interject and remind you that Lilith has an effective substitute that does not, in fact, require that she hurt anyone, and appears to not be interested in changing that.  It is not your prerogative to dictate to her the terms of her subsistence and attempting to pressure her into doing otherwise is rather like bullying and/or harrassment, with a side of attempted conspiracy to commit assault.
Also, whose, not whom's.  Seriously."

"It's seems you are lacking manners as in brains, I'm only suggesting I would teach her to feed safely in case the need ever arises. I will not force her to do anything she does not wish, now leave us as an outsider has no right to speak on this subject."
She turns back to Lilith "If you feel the same I apologize, it is just that I've seen too many fledglings make the same mistakes that ended with terribly with death or worse."

Alan calms down a bit.  The magic stops leaking.  He does not untense.
"That would be sensible, actually.  But certainly don't switch to it.  And I personally would ask the administration about this, but I am not a vampire."

"Precisely. I'm sure that if you needed to learn we could try off campus, I wouldn't want to break the rules."

"If Zack gets too sick to make it, I'm reasonably sure someone else can.  (Do you have an actual procedure written down?)  But I agree that the knowledge of how to not kill people in an emergency situation when you're about to starve is a good thing.  Ask the school though.  Definitely ask the school."
