NEW MOON HIGH: It Begins

It is a clear, warm September morning; a rarity if there ever was one. A new year at New Moon High School has begun. The students are arriving, and a good few are simply hanging around the entrance hall and waiting to be led to the induction.

The school, a large, one could say sprawling, building, happens to be quite a ways out from the town, a common complaint for the local students, but that's how it's always been. As it is, unbeknownst to them, there's a good reason for it.

I'm sure we all know what that is.

Welcome, new students, to New Moon High School for the Paranormal.

Your bags, such as they may be, have been taken to your dorms. Feel free to talk amongst yourselves until a member of staff arrives to take you to the main hall, where the Headmistress will introduce you to the school.

And please, don't discuss that particular subject around the mundanes. The Headmistress will not be happy.

Teresha walked into the hall, with her bag swishing back and forth. Looking around, she didn't really see anybody. Teresha decided to take a deep breath to calm herself, and then decided to take a seat, and started flicking through texts. She saw one from Vee, her sister. She responded with a quick "Already at the hall. Nobody's here.", and continued to sit down. Well, if she was going to be bored, she could read through her notes on love spells, melt wax and paper with paint and a candle, dip your eyelashes in oil and thought if she could later help somebody with them, or use them on someone. Last time she tried, she ended up burning the girl's fake eyelashes. Yikes, she thought and started to play Bonza. Now, what Portuguese-speaking countries are there?

Two teens, a girl and a boy who are obviously siblings, are standing around somewhere in the Entrance Hall. The girl has a small umbrella, despite the clear day.
"Hey Zack, you sure we're not here early?" the girl says.
"Pretty sure Lilith. This is the time the brochure said to be here." the guy- Zack, apparently- responds.
Lilith seems to seize up a bit for a moment.
"You forgot your bl- uh, water, again, didn't you?" Zack says.
"...Yes. Left it with my stuff."
Zack hands Lilith a metal bottle. If one were close enough to smell it, it would smell suspiciously not-like-water. Lilith downs the bottle in one go.

A skinny teenage male is leaning against a corner wall, tapping away on a tablet (perhaps posting on a forum, if anyone's looking over his shoulder) and carrying a laptop case on a shoulder strap.
His phone beeps at him.
"Low battery?  Really?  Ugh.  Hate it when that happens."
He pulls out a portable battery with his other hand, closes the tablet cover and holds it under his arm, then plugs the phone into the portable battery and returns both to his jeans pocket.  He then waves his right hand (the one he's holding the tablet under) around a bit (as if he's thinking to himself) before pulling the tablet back out.  He finally notices that there are people in the room and returns the tablet to standby position.
"Oh, hello.  This is where we're supposed to meet, right?"

[Adragis]

A... voluptuous girl with white hair is standing in a corner, tapping away on her phone. She's wearing a slightly oversized trenchcoat despite the weather, but looks to be just another bored person waiting for the place to open.

There are no members of staff around yet, it seems.

A boy that looks around 17  walks in he has a rosary around his neck. after looking around he sits in the back

A rather nervous looking lad with an eyepatch hurries in and sits near the corner with the busty woman in it. He nervously fiddles with a necklace as he looks about.

[SOLDIER First]

Hastily writing in a journal, a be-fanged boy walks to the corner as well, nuzzling bumping into the girl's side.
He glances up, staring above and behind her.
"Oh, thorry."

The befanged boy would probably feel that the girl's side is rather more lumpy than is normal. The girl's head whips around.
"Huh?"

[SOLDIER First]

"I thaid thorry, you know? For bumping into you."

[Adragis]

"Oh, whoops. Wasn't paying attention. It's alright."
The girl shuffles her feet and puts the phone away.
