Alan finishes his book and absentmindedly does the sunrise thing.
((If Lieselotte awakens, it's just a sort of ball of light, hovering about at Alan's eye level, gradually moving through a color shift.  If anyone else looks, even.))

Lieselotte shifts slightly, but doesn't get up.

Alan messes about a bit with the parameters.  Maybe a intensity gradient.  A wake-up spell or lamp would be really useful...

It doesn't seem to be working.
It does seem to be distracting Minako, however, who's following the lights.

Alan continues fiddling with the parameters, somewhat absorbed in his work.
Weird, this is supposed to work, according to science.

Minako seems to be bobbing her head in sync with the light changing intensity.
Lieselotte is still out. Dear lord.

More tinkering with the light patterns.
If nothing else I can totally market this as a dog spirit attractant.  Wait, what?  Also, what was Lieselotte even doing last night that she's this tired now?

Zacherus walks over and starts following the light around
Xenther walks over to Alan
"Do you have any Idea where that Will O wisp came from?"

Alan doesn't notice Not!Lluvia talking to him.  Also, it's stationary.
Alan appears to be muttering something about sunlight under his breath.  He then pulls out his phone and looks something up, right before the pattern changes once again.

Lieselotte moves slightly, but she's not awake yet.
Minako is still distracted.

Alan just keeps tweaking the pattern ever so slightly.  He also generally makes it slightly brighter.  Not anywhere near blinding, though, but like a BRIGHT light through a window instead of a DARKISH light through a window..
