"Just in my nature, Miss Stacey. As Alan here said, we were discussing where to begin when creating a functional magic computer contained in a mirror to turn it into a tablet. I believe that with the unpredictability of magic, you would need a new programming language to handle the connection between the hardware, in this case the magic circuits and mundane components, and the software or operating system, in this case the enchantment creating the magic mirror and allowing it to connect to the internet and otherwise function. Thoughts?"

Miss Stacey steps into the room in full.
"Well, I'm more in on the hardware side of things with my research. For instance, you can negate needing a heatsink because of ice enchantments, yada yada. Never a fully magical computer. But if you wanted to make a fully magical one... I'd say you'd need a complete overhaul of the accepted inner workings and that, y'know?"

"Indeed.  Which is what I'm trying to think about.  You can't implement on-off with power, but I think it could be done by manipulating the shape of a magical construct.  Or something.  I don't know the word for it."
