"Yeah.  It kind of surprises me that in this day and age nobody has done that yet.  The closest we seem to be is someone scrying Youtube."

Alan has an idea.
"You know, Shen, it doesn't have to be power determining the bits, it could be shape or relative facing of a magical construct.  A more mechanical method, but I think it would work.  The question is how to do operations..."
Alan generates a sort of donut of magic, and makes sure it doesn't do anything really awkward to deal with.

[Adragis]

A faint crackling sound can be heard coming from near the entrance.

[TheBiggerFish]

Alan stops.  He then positions himself to observe the entrance and tries again. 
"I hope that isn't this."
((It is (not literally) FREEZING outside.  Ugh.  May not be as active.))

[Adragis]

The faint crackling sound persists.
A rather cheerful-looking young woman, no older than her mid-twenties, pokes her head through the  door.
"I heard the word 'magic computers?'"

[TheBiggerFish]

"You did.  How, I'm not even going to ask.  The faint crackling noise is you, right?"

[Adragis]

"I've been looking into that for a while, now. You taking, uh, Computing? Computers? Y'know, the one with the internal ones.
And yup, it's me."

Teresha sees the woman in the doorway, and goes over to her.
"Hmm? Who da heck are you?"

[Adragis]

"Computing, IT, everything else about that sorta thing teacher."

Rosabel looks faintly disapproving of this informality, while still smiling.

Teresha nods at this, but still looks confused.
"You're the teacher? You for shore, look uhway tew young to be a teacher. Is this like Puh-rank'd, or something like that?"

[Adragis]

"Hey, I'm qualified. Plus this is pretty much the only place that'll take me, and also my old school!"
