Three: One would think that this Doppelganger has a default form, and pronouns to go with it.  Not that they have to stick with it.
Although they do because mundanes will notice.  But not in the supernatural areas.

That's how they act. There's no required personality field.
You don't have to have a default form.
Pick a form, meet someone, use that one when you talk to them. Simple.

Real form = Unidentifiable grey humanoid

@Adragis:  These stairs we're on have unofficially fallen victim to a spatial distortion that most likely tiles them a rather large number of times, brought on by an overabundance of magic or some prankster pranking.  Alternatively, they are that deep and we've spent like 15-30 minutes on them, in which case, there had better be some sort of portal.
