Supernatural Type: Wandjina(pronounced "wannia"), spirits of rain that came during the Dreamtime, the creation of the world. They were the most powerful of all the spirits, gifting the land with rain, the sky with clouds, and the oceans with.. well, oceans. However, and the end of Dreamtime, they knew they had to die. They painted their images on cave walls so they would not be forgotten, and died. Lluvia is the last of her kind.
Physical Description: Lluvia is a brunette, with short hair that curls up, blue eyes and a small nose. Many would call her small in other places as well, such as her height and er.. yes, well. She usually wears a partially unbuttoned, dark-colored hoodie with a white undershirt and aquamarine tie. Lower, she wears a blue miniskirt with black stockings and dark brown shoes. Although she paints often, one can never see paint splatters on her clothes, face, or even hands.
Backstory: 1926. An Argentinian named Juan Pedro Baigorri Velar, an engineer, was searching for minerals using a self-invented machine. What he found instead was what looked to be a 14 year old girl, sleeping in a cavern underground. He dug her up, and she revealed her powers; with a wave of her hands light rain could fall, and lightning would strike on those who angered her deeply. Juan saw an opportunity; perhaps he could make this naive girl work for him, travelling the world and dazzling crowds by making it seem his machine could make rain fall? He did so, gaining fame all until 1953,(The girl did not seem to age) when he was harshly criticized by the scientific community, falling into obscurity and dying in 1972, in poverty.
Now, Lluvia has fallen into obscurity as well, only being scouted out by the school recently.
Other: Lluvia is naive and trusting, wanting everyone to be happy and make friends with each other, and so on and so forth.. at least, that's how she appears to be. She's in actuality manipulative. You can't fool the entire world for thirty years without being so, even if your surrogate dad did most of the work for you. She also like painting a lot, as it is natural being of a race that bears no proof of existence except for a few cave paintings. Anger her, be it insulting her or even her paintings(especially the paintings), be wary, for a storm will come your way. It always does.
