I am so tempted to join.
Question, though: What's the update schedule likely to be like?

The first five numbers you arrange by: Strength, Constitution, Dexterity, Power, and Appearance.
The next three numbers are your: Size, Intelligence, and Education. Same thing goes
The last number is your luck
You can arrange the numbers however you like, so long as they are part of the same set.

It is determined by your Credit rating to an extent.

I want you to stick to your "Cash" when it comes to what you bring unless it is an asset (like a car).

But for what you have on this trip, I want it written out because once you are there... your not going to go back to your house for your uzi.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The guy is going to be 80. I'll start writing soon so people can get a gist.

Bit first

Reading the Job!
-Occupation Skill points: This is how many skill points a job gives you. You MUST put it in the skills given to you by your occupation (but this includes Credit Rating).
-Credit Rating: How many occupation skill points MUST go towards credit rating.
-Suggested Contacts: This is just ideas for the background creation.
-Skills: The Occupation skills

In fact get ready I am going to write the Tutorial!

Making a Character

There are Six steps to making a character in this game

1) Determine Statistics
2) Determine your age
3) Chose an Occupation
4) Assign your Skills
5) Chose a Background
6) Equipment (though 5 and 6 are interchangeable)

I'll go through this one by one

Also bad luck you didn't get an education increase. Roll was a 39 and it needs to roll above your current education to succeed.

I guess I should put the list of skills up... >_<

And done.

Right, put up my skills and vague description of equipment. Makes sense for a farmer to have shotgun, right?

Assuming your not absolutely dirt poor, yeah it is fine.

12-gauge Shotgun (2B). Fires With: Firearms (shotgun), Damage: 4D6/2D6/1D6, Range: 10/20/50 yards, FPR: 1 or 2, Bullets in gun: 2

Costs about $200 dollars and about 30 bucks for every 25 rounds of ammo.

Assuming your not absolutely dirt poor, yeah it is fine.

I'd assume it'd affect the quality of the shotgun rather than its existence. For instance, the poorest farmer would have a hand-me-down from 1890 inherited through the generations and probably not kept as clean as it should be.

I'll assume you are not done his skills. Though please remember to buy at LEAST 9 points of Credit rating but no more then 30. Your skill must be at least at the minimum but no greater then the maximum.

I wrote it in the Tutorial.

Ah, forgot the personal interest bits and didn't notice that Credit Rating is bought with skill points.

Should be fixed now. Or wait, is the credit rating the absolute limitation for skills or simply how many Occupation skill points you can put into one? Or did I misunderstand that entirely?
