That is, I always have trouble statting everything and would, if I was to join, prefer some assistance on the sheet side of things.

His face is angular and many proclaim it too look very feminine but his abnormally tall build and huge strength behind his actions tell otherwise too some. He is usually wearing a butlers outfit which is black and buttons up with silver buttons and today is no execption

The first five numbers are put, in any order you wish, into your Strength, Constitution, Dexterity, Appearance, and Power
The next three numbers are put into your Size, Intelligence, and Education
The last number is your luck... which only goes into your luck.

Tutorial Playing the Game!

Skill and Attribute Checks

Skill and attribute challenges are split into three difficulties: Basic, Hard, and Extreme

To succeed in each of these you must roll equal or below on a percentage dice

-Basic: Equal to your skill or attribute
-Hard: Half your skill or attribute
-Extreme: Fifth of your skill or attribute

In addition to this circumstances may arise that may add bonus or penalty dice to your roll.

-Bonus Dice: Roll each dice and take the lowest among them (low is good)
-Penalty Dice: Roll each dice and take the highest among them (high is good)

If a situation arises where you get bonus and penalty dice, they cancel each other out on a 1 for 1 ratio.

After everything is rolled the results will determine either a pass or fail. What happens during a fail is up to the DM and you will be told hints on the consequence of failing. However, if you fail all is not lost because you can push your roll.

Results
-Success
-Critical Success (01%): a stellar success, you get a boon as an addition.
-Fumble (100%): A dire failure, you receive a penalty as an addition
-Fumble (96-100%): If your margin of success is below 50%, the range is increased

PUSHING YOUR ROLL!

Should you fail a roll all is not lost you can also Push your roll. You can think of it as taking risks or using resources in order to wrestle victory from failure. This doesn't overwrite your original action, but rather continues it with a new avenue.

In this you must describe how you are going about pushing your roll, after which you will get another attempt at the challenge if the GM agrees to it.

Success: You succeed and avoid failure.

Failure: Not only do you fail as before, but you also take an additional penalty according to how you were pushing.

Examples of Pushes!
-Searching: You decide to turn over every possible piece of furniture or break things.
-Credit Rating: Selling off assets
-Library Use: You hire an assistant

When Can't you Push?
-If there is no possible way to recover the situation
-Combat, Sanity, and Luck rolls
-There just isn't an opportunity to (I'll state when it happens)
