Or should it be Superdwarf?

Man, I just had one novice marksdwarf caught in the middle of an ambush of 8 goblin bowmen out in the open. I don't know how this guy did it, but he dodged the inevitable constant hail of iron arrows while shooting off a shot every 5 seconds, killed the leader after about a minute, then proceeded to chase off the rest of the ambushers! And all he has are minor injuries to his thumb!

WOOO!!!

Exceptional quality steel armour for the win!

I believe I had an engraver do something similar, I can't remember if he was my legendary or just a regular engraver, but he sure avenged that poor mechanic. Of course, I don't have to worry about things like that anymore with my new fancy walls, moats, and over-reliance on cage traps (my next project is an arena of sorts for all these damned goblin prisoners)

Anyways, hooray for dwarves who have the strange ability to shrug off massive amounts of arrows! I guess their beards absorb them or something.
