He's confrontational about it but also right. RP at this point is a distraction that will harm much more than help us given our situation. It can be considered a waste of resources; such as wasting gold on likely debuff inducing virtual alcohol because it's "IC".

For fuck's sake... being deprived of virtual beer and roleplaying for a couple of hours isn't "feeling like shit all the time", and I say this as the guy who didn't speak a single word out-of-character until the whole "LIVE INSIDE A GAME" bomb got dropped on us.
Besides: it's not just YOU getting killed that's on the line if we screw up, it's ALL of us, so at LEAST for the first few days we need to just focus on getting strong enough not to get our skulls stomped in by the first boss we meet.Peter sighed as he attempted to find someone else in the group.

Root Node is conveniently standing in the middle of the path that Peter is taking. Spotting a somewhat familiar face in the crowd she wanders over to greet him.

Myzen had had enough of this prattle about RP and angrily closed his window. Well, as angry as pushing a virtual [ x ] could be anyway. He decided it was high time to rejoin the group and, using his mini map, found his way to Stein and some of the others. Air travel really was the best way to get around in this game, no questions asked.

Anybody that wants to RP can wait until we get to Wendamere; Genesis is just the starter town anyway.
There's likely more stuff to do in Wendamere.
I've heard talk, for instance, of them putting in races you can participate in or bet on, but I'm not sure if that's out yet or if it's going to be in a future update.

Xoddahs didn't really have any horses in the 'Great RP Debate,' he just wanted to use any and all advantages they may have. Maybe food is an EXP bonus here? Something to look into once they get there.
