Fruit picking problem

So i just downloaded Reborn and started a new fort without really fiddling with any of the options. Everything works fine, but when i tried to create a zone for picking fruit i encountered a problem. The hotkey for the gathering zone appears to be missing. It should be activated with 'g', but that is used for the garbage dump, and a '?' appears in front of the gathering zone, which makes me unable to select it.
Is there anyway to quickly fix this or am i better off abandoning and reinstalling?

EDIT: Nevermind,  it was just a case of rebinding the keys in Key Bindings. Weird that it wasn't set like it's supposed to be from the beginning though.

Press Esc and set the new key in key bindings.

Just my luck, the reply with the solution comes just as i'm editing my post to say that i figured it out. Thanks anyway  :D

eh we have all done it.  I had a similar issue with the automine ores/gems button.
