You will be able to reach the lake next turn and perform your actions there provided that NAV's drive is uninterrupted, however driving back from the lake will take an additional turn.

That makes sense, yeah. I'll queue up going back into the town, and go into detail on the plan during the turn we end up going back. That way, I can heal up next turn, and the turn after that we can attempt to cripple the invasion.

Damnit, I hate demoralising my troops, but I don't have any medical supplies so I'll have to do it, get back into the portal and send off a few Aztecs coming into the fight back out into their world to get some gauze or stitches, anything will do, try to keep the blood from coming out too much while I wait, tear off some cloth and wrap it around the wound, perhaps?
Otherwise, standard battle plan.

Okay, look, not that I'm arguing against being given a win-win situation with no interference on my part, but I really don't think attacking one of your most powerful allies is a good idea, I mean, first off, that car is gonna be totaled, no matter the roll, and that means you lose one of your best methods of attack against the Aztecs who don't have any weaponry good enough to penetrate the car on anything except for a lucky hit and have no real recourse to this rumbling monstrosity taking down their troops, even if you do find another car, that's gonna be a turn, minimum, in a situation where a turns difference means I could be healed by then and behind double the amount of Aztecs which equates to double the amount of bullets you're going to have to spend and you don't have the bug-f*** crazy amount of meele damage potential your samurai buddy can dish out, even adding in that shoulder wound he has.
Unless your plan is to just run from the spreading Aztec tide, in which case that's probably a good idea.

This is one of those situations which will make me reevaluate my position on secret actions for the next game.
For now, I'll make you roll a reaction roll against NAV and if you succeed, you'll dive out of the car before it enters the water.

Edit: For clarification, I meant continue the game, that wasn't a snide insult.
Though do feel free to pause whenever you want to.
