Start up the sedan to make sure it runs first. It's probably abandoned for a reason.

If it seems to be in good working condition, I do the following. Take the supplies I found, along with anything that is inside the sports car, and put them into the sedan. Remember this place in case I need my old car again. Then drive off in the sedan, looking for any other combatants.

Otherwise, turn the sedan off and remember this place before leaving in my sports car along with the supplies I found.

Well the real advantage of information, is having exclusive access to it. Otherwise I'm only performing a service that benefits everyone.

If I use evidence to learn about special rules on how something works, like Dumbo's portal, will I be able to receive that privately?

Hold my hands up, allow the officers to come to me, and tearfully explain to the officers that I have a sick niece in the hospital across town who was scheduled for an for her second surgery today and I'm worried about her, which is why I was trying to acquire transportation.  Assure them that I would have returned the vehicle after checking on my niece.  If they are doubtful, show them my bulldog forceps and tell them that my niece gave it to me after her first surgery as a memento of her successful operation.  If they believe me, beg them to give me a ride to the hospital.

evidência!

Agora você...

Investigate the purple dimensional anomaly, very carefully. Notice if there is any discomfort in approaching, if tossing a painting at it does anything, push on it with a painting see if it moves or reacts, favoring caution over discovery the whole time.

Draw any conclusions on these experiments and the dragonfly, and anything learned from speaking with Dumbo, analyze all this evidence to form any new conclusions about his gift, if any can be determined.

Determine how to best move forward in this investigation.

Take notice of the dragonfly, if its seemed to have disappeared, landed somewhere, died, acting oddly.

1-4, alvo prática.

Have the MedaBot, 1-4, track it down and stun it. Using my MedaWatch to limit the Stingray's twin arm-mounted shock guns to levels appropriate to stun the specimen. 1-4 taking full advantage of the high-jump boots.

Ok, I see what happened. I couldn't find myself with control+F because my name was spelled incorrectly and I thought each character got only one paragraph and since I wasn't in your first one, I thought I wasn't in the update at all.

Finish Pikorge off with a shot to the head.

So far, the player consensus has been negative towards secret actions and obtaining secret information.

Round 10: Political Strife
Location: Denmark, Wisconsin

Immaterial's first order of business as a political leader is to dispose of the old one. "Overthrow the despot! Tear him apart!" Immaterial charges at Fr0stByt3 ready to superman punch him in the face when Fr0stByt3's loyal dog companion throws itself at Immaterial. (9 vs. 4) The hound launches itself at Immaterial, teeth bared, but the aristocrat reacts with a pivot and launches a hook at the dog, hitting it across the jaw and sending it to the ground, unconscious. This gives Immaterial's followers an opportunity to attack Fr0stByt3 as a mass. (8 vs. 2) One of Immaterial's burlier thugs charges Fr0stByt3 and uppercuts him, sending him flying onto his back, as stone-cold unconscious as his pooch.

Person tries the Sedan in the auto-repair shop, and everything is in working condition actually; the engine is running and the mechanics are fine. The only thing is that the gas indicator states that it is absolutely dry, and Person didn't see any spare gas anywhere in the facility. He pockets the keys and throws the Toolbox in the passenger seat of his Austin-Healey, driving back off onto the road, making a mental note of where the auto-shop was.

Andres shatters the driver's-side window of the Rover 200 Coupe and reaches inside, manually opening the door. He drags Pikorge's body out of it by the feet, leaving a trail of blood from the passenger's side. He tosses the limp officer on the ground; sneering, he aims his pistol downwards at Pikorge's head and fires a single shot, which ends with a satisfying squirt. "Fuckin' punk."

Angelina Silva experiments with the purple portal. (10+2) With her analysis, Silva makes some conclusions about the nature of Execute's ability and does not tamper with the portal anymore, for now. [As this is classified information as opposed to a classified action, I will sanction a PM of Secret Intelligence for you.]
Angelina then commands her Medabot to stun the dragonfly that entered via portal, currently resting on a counter. The Medabot fires the tiniest stun-attack Silva had ever seen, less than a millioneth of the strength of the weakest taser. The tiny electrical bolt hits the dragonfly and it flips onto its back, convulsing.

Megggas willingly surrenders as the police officers run up to him, instantly interrogating him as to why he's attempting to hijack their vehicle. (Charisma Roll: 3-2[Hardened Officers]+1[Wounded]) Megggas begins his sob story of how his niece is desperately ill in the hospital, and out of desperation he was breaking into their car as a form of emergency transportation. The police are completely dead-faced as he goes on, causing Megggas to make his story as desperate as possible. "Please help me, she's my only family left! I've stolen for her, fought for her, even killed for her! I would do anything to-" Seconds later, Megggas is hand-and-ankle cuffed in the back of the uncover car.

Execute orders Yuri to split up and search the house with him. The Prince hears the portal wavering behind him, but it goes back to its normal state fairly quickly. (8) The two of them trifle through the house, which is quite large and grand, everything from the carpeting to the tiling displaying some sort of opulent wealth. Between some paper documents that the two of them come across and the chatter on the radio, the Russians understand that they've ended up in some Spanish speaking country, in the mansion of some sort of wealthy person or people, who don't seem to be home at the moment, fortunately. The front door leads them outside to a garden with a central flowing fountain, and beyond that is a plain of the purest green grass. In the distance they can see more estates which are similarly grand.

Nanobones fills his rifle with ammunition and makes a quick sweep of the bank's office buildings. He keeps the rifle pointed in front of him, as a bank would be a prime target for looters during the collapse of civilization, but the offices appear to be as barren as the rest of the building. (9) Nanobones does come across a key in one of the abandoned filing cabinets. It doesn't lead to the safe, which requires modern key-cards as opposed to this old-fashioned key, but it has to lead to somewhere in the building...

NAV was a man of many talents, he could sink a hole-in-one and then shoot a bulls-eye from a thousand yards away, all the while wooing some dashing dame, and if she happened to have a gentleman companion, NAV could kick his ass. NAV was of the lineage of the legendary Shalya, a legendary warrior in Indian folklore who blessed him with many abilities; perhaps the most fantastical of all of his abilities was that in combat, the angrier his opponent gets, NAV's power proportionally increases. But all this power comes at a price, as Shalya was tricked into forever fighting for the Kaurava people, so is NAV. NAV isn't concered though, he's armed with his favorite beer, his favorite golf club and his favorite antique WWI rifle. And after all, how many true descendants of Kaurava are going to be in Wisconsin anyways?

Breaking News: The growing wildfire edges closer to Denmark, Wisconsin. Firefighters are currently trying to contain the flames, but with their numbers spread thin from the earlier catastrophe, the fire continues to grow in size and intensity.

Help the firefighters put out the fire. If I see a player being an asshole while doing so, I'll shoot them instead.

I think I may cheated.

Are we allowed to in-character know about other character's talents?

I assumed yes to begin with, and my character knew about Dumbo's abilities.

I think we also need a consensus and canon whether or not the characters can be assumed to also have access to 'profiles' of the characters, or if who specifically have a responsibility to pretend to not know.

Keep searching through the house, perhaps the mansion has some sort of hobby area, hopefully with some painting supplies.
