The problem here is, I'm not taking any new characters for the intro/test chapter. And when/if I start for real, I will be changing the character submission to include more player choices. You keep this in mind for then, though, and maybe improve it over time.

Yeah, but it's complicated. I can't help you much with lorebuilding, there's so much I don't know...

There's actually a whole rulebook for making a demonic character...

More for the walk there than a job interview. Someone could try to grab her as she passed an alley, or a taxi driver could try to kidnap her.

Or, since from the sounds of it the dad is overprotective to a degree, he could insist that she carries something for self defense regardless.

Job:Lives off of welfare while hiding from a (dead) cult.

1.What is the worst thing your character has ever done?
He had to hurt someone to escape a cult that had kidnapped him and was planning to use him as a sacrifice.  He may have killed them.  He doesn't know.  They were already dead, but his weirdness filter kicked in.
2.What is the worst thing your character can imagine himself doing?
Becoming one of them, those crazy people who kidnapped him and made his life a living hell for who even knows how long, babbling about the Old Ones and conjunctions and Stars Coming Right.  Losing anyone else to them, although he kind of already has.  He's scared off anyone who cared.
3.What is the worst thing your character can imagine someone else doing?
He doesn't have to imagine the worst things someone can do.  He's been there.  He's seen the depths.  Or at least he thinks he has.  He just saw the Veiled side of things.
4. What has the character forgotten?
That cult was the real deal.  The guard over him was a zombie similar to those the job applicants are currently dealing with.  They tried to glamor him as well, but he just avoided even looking at the stuff they shoved under his door.
5. What is the most traumatic thing that has ever happened to the character?
Being kidnapped by a cult.

Aspirations, which are short, summary goals in your characters life.
Hide.  Hide away from all the media circus, all the remnants there must have been some they're after him hide hide hide.  If all else fails, take them with him.

4. Virtue/Vice
Your final touch is to choose your characters strongest virtue, and their strongest vice. This is important in a roleplaying matter, and is the primary way of maintaining your willpower score-you can spend willpower points to boost your rolls, or to help defend yourself from mental, social, and emotional pressures. You regain willpower from exercising your demons by indulging in your vices, overcoming them by staying true to your virtues, and over time, as you rest and recover from your adventures.

Virtue: Paranoia  (If not, then Fortitude, but I really think it fits the character.  He's defined by his fear.)
