Spoiler: Sudden Man (click to show/hide)

Five young men decided to discover the world and probably find the so called Others. This world looks very much like ours. These men are from an average village. The Oldest man lived not too long ago; there may even be some very old people who have known him.
It is believed that the Oldest was the first man ever, the Father of all. Nobody knows the few Others, who were not his sons. They are said to have appeared after the Oldest had.

5 players total, 2 vacant places. You play as normal humans, at least so you look like. If you want to join, write me in PM and:
 - give the description of a character you want to play and the meaning of the name you want them to have, I'll fix it according to the World,
 - write your personal travelling goal (like "yep, I want to find the Others, but you know some secret knowledge/infinite power/1000 women/soul peace etc. would also be good)

Looks impenetrably weird! I'm IN!

Name: Tomorrow
Description: bright and full of hope, and a lot older than his peers, Tomorrow is a master weaver, every bit as curious as he is affluent. Despite the protests of his kin and peers, he has gone to find the Others, seeking sorceries and secrets to create ever more interesting things and amass more and more power.

And so, when the two other men had come, they found not the three waiting for them under the tree, but one. It was a short, bony man with hay-blonde hair, that looked more like wires that the hair - it was Lh'aragla, False Beast. Having seen them he said:
"I'm sorry for them. Their stupid fears made them lose great opportunity. Maybe the greatest one ever. I hope you won't disappoint me so much."

"So, when shall we leave on our journey? I would appreciate it if we could be leaving as soon as possible. Time waits for no man."

"If nobody else feels like turning up, there's hardly anything to be done, yes? Now let's be off! Sooner the better! No doubt the greatness is ebbing away with each moment we tarry."

Tally ho! Be off on the journey! Tomorrow waits for no one!

"As you can see, there is water moving down this way, to the left, right and a bit down, and more going up and to the right. Which path do you think ee should take? I suggest the one leading to these dead trees."

((Could you use a different color for your text, DD? As in, something that can be read in the standard forum theme? I don't really enjoy needing to select the text to read it.))

"Dead trees sound vaguely palatable. They do often host quite a lot of useful life in them."

To the northwest (?)!

The weather was great, the sun was high and even a little scorching. The three went to the north, by the road, that lies between two mounts and leads to the forests. Trees looked like low dill umbels and their seeds, size of a fist, fell from time to time. It is known of that forests, that nobody lives there, exept for a few villages, whither the road goes. It is also known, that villages once cut off of the rest of the World are usually never found again. People who come to the place of a lost village find nothing there. Also some say that one can accidently find a lost village in a very different place. That's why people seldomly go other than the well known ways.
So they came to the narrowest place between the mounts. There where holes in the walls of this natural corridor, and they all heard clearly - it was a man's voice coming out of some hole, but it wasn't clear from which.
