It is a dark and violent age for mankind, the 21th century lies in ruins.
The black fuel that once powered the world ran wild.
And for reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all.
In a whirlwind of fire and looting, the world crumbled as man began to feed on man.

Now as mutation spreads across the land, the only hope for mankind lies the hands of brave and the insane.
The only question is what will you do in this new age?

It's dark when you awaken, the floor feels different, hard with soft spots.
There's the smell of shit in the air and a pounding in head, you try to stand up only to hit a ceiling with a clang.
You start to wonder just where you are because this sure ain't your usual bed.
A door opens filling the room with light.
a large men enters dragging a batted and naked woman behind him.

"I told you this'd be easy." the taller of thugs comments
The shaven headed thug cuffs the ladys hands to a pipe behind her.

"That's mine now darling" he comments as he pulls her necklace off.
The thug takes a seat by the door and you sit there in silence until he starts to snore loudy.

"Hey you, in the cage, you want out of here?" the woman asks you in a whisper.

"No im fine wakeing up locked in a cage on my way to god know where.
Of course i want out but if you haven't noticed i'm locked in a cage.
Who was that?" you reply.

"Some highway scum, hijacked this train yesterday
And you in my cage, i get you out of it and you get me out of these."
She hurls her guts up in front of you, and along side the spilled vomit is a key...

So think Tenacles, a Fetus-like parasite twin and the like Not webbed toes.

I'm interested, but I'm a little confused on the introduction. Is it just an introduction to the setting or is it very important? If it's vital, could you give a small summary? (I got lost at the end.)

It's a mad max 2 style post apocalypse.
You / the party have had the misfortune to wake up inside cage as you've all been kidnapped.
By a gang of slavers, that stole the truck from the tied up woman in front of you.

But she swallowed the master key before she was captured, and has now regurgitated it in front of you.

So you can unlock the unlock the cage, look around for stuff or attack the sleeping guard.
 
I'll give it a day or two to see if way one else joins.
If no one does then i'll lumber you with the woman and run her by suggestions/ as a Deus ex machina

Bio: Americus is the son of Lily Flanders and an unknown father. Lily is the child of wealthy crime boss Americus "Dodge" Flanders. When Lily was 20, a rival gang took out her father’s crime syndicate and forced her into sexual slavery. She later escaped and took refuge in another nearby post-apocalyptic city. That same year, she gave birth to Americus. Lily supported her son by scavenging and peddling items to people. Americus grew up playing with other street urchins, helping his mother’s street vending business, and fighting in bare-knuckle prizefights. Wanting a better life for both him and his mother, Americus struck out in hopes of finding a fortune to bring back home.

Description: Americus is a 5’5” (165cm) tall 20 year old man. He is skinny and somewhat muscled. His skin is naturally light ocher, but often darkens from exposure to the sun. On both sides of his right wrist he has small bite scar. He also has a thin straight on his right leg that travels from his shin to his knee. His face is round with a small nose and chin. Absent around his dark dark brown eyes are eyelashes and eyebrows. His entire body is void of hair.

Americus nods deeply, almost into a bow. He extends his right arm out from the cage and grabs the vomit covered key. He slowly stands as high as he can and attempts to unlock his cage’s lock. As he does so, his dark dark brown eyes scan the room for more thugs and his backpack.

Americus stares the sleeping guard near the door as he takes off his empty tool belt. Americus has thrown the first punch in fights before, but never has he attacked a sleeping man before. He slowly creeps up to the slumbering man and tries to strangle him with the tool belt until he is incapacitated.

You walk towards him, slowly as you unbuckle your belt.
A single step away from him, you tie the belt in to a noose .
In one smooth movement you pull the noose down over his head and pull it tight.

In shock his eyes bulge as he comes two.
His hands scramble wildly at the belt as he tosses and turns trying to brake free.

A few a frantic seconds he collapses on the floor.
You quickly release the pressure on his neck and tie the belt around his arms.
