((It doesn't have anything to do with schedules, its easiest for everyone to play at the same time. It was your fault you had to wait, which was fine. But now its your fault I have to wait  . And I have right to complain! Its in my country's constitution! The first amendment, right before the good one.

((I would say the United States. Because the first amendment is freedom of speech- the one they're referring to as their right to complain- and the second is right to bear arms. Which of course Stirk would like, being that they seem to be a gun nut.))
