Al Capone is actually the reason we have expiration dates on things (or at least dairy) and every time someone was killed during his gang's fighting he sent flowers to the family of the deceased (and I think he showed up himself, too) so you're horribly mischaracterizing him

I'm not playing Al Capone, I just stole his accent  :P. More "Generic 1920s gangster not necessarily associated with anyone in particular". Besides, Capone used intimidation tactics just as anyone else had. Probably more subtle then that, but it isn't like he never threatened anyone...
