I must say, that's not quite what I was going for in Homura. May I suggest an amendment more in line with her background and the legend?
Let hear it.

Passive: Radiant Moth of the Harvest: When not damaged by an enemy, Homura regenerates 1 health per turn. Regeneration will stop if Homura is attacked and will not turn back on until Homura has been undamaged by an enemy for one round.
Active: Infernal Scales: Homura and two allies are shielded by flaming scale dust, returning 5% of damage done to targets for a round. 3 turn cooldown.

Tried to balance out a health regeneration passive with her role as a tank.

Combat boots and body guards do not make for a man without strange kinks, Stirk.

YES THEY DOOOOOOOO!

If I had a maid, she would be required to have combat boots. What do YOU think they usually wear? Besides, I added ribbons....
Stiletto heels for maximum stabbing.

You obviously have a boot knife, which provides more stabbing than some stiletto heal while still allowing you to act competently as both a bodyguard and maid in a way that high-heals won't.

-Ball of anger-
Ah, the Negative Nancy, I don't I've had a modern setting game without one.

-things-
Your control over Gravity will be limited to 'I can pin a normal human-level target to the ground if I focus hard.' because you are a little girl, not a planet, but it allowed.

Yeah, these are both fine and with 3man change, I can start once I've figured out starting spells for everyone. I find it funny that we got three guardians and no carers.

Sounds about right. I probably won't edit, because now I am Morning!Halfasleep and it looks fine to me.

**ADDIT**

*Looks at spell list* The second spell....Does that mean I have

Unlimited Maidworks?  :P

Interesting how Sumika thinks magical girls are too girly when the previous ones all seem to be super-edgy and not particularly girly  :P.

Well, when you think that the most visible magic girls are the ones in entertainment who will play up the girly angle, it make sense for Sumika to think that.

GM's thoughts.

Hell, the girliest magical girls here are Homura (a freaking butterfly goddess miko) and Stirk's character.

Also, dammit Stirk stilettos are knives, and stiletto heels are banned on airlines because you can legitimately kill someone with them. :P

Does alteration- as in, transformation- count as an element?

And I assume not-natural hair colors are allowed?

GM's thoughts.

Understandable, but Sumika is supposed to know a lot about magical girls (If I am reading it correctly) and have a problem with those who go into combat and the like in particular. Most entertainment people probably don't get into real battles real often, thus not getting the brunt of her wrath or focus. Considering she already spoke about and criticized the team of Edgy Magical Girls, you would think that she would notice their lack of girlyness at some point.

Hell, the girliest magical girls here are Homura (a freaking butterfly goddess miko) and Stirk's character.

Also, dammit Stirk stilettos are knives, and stiletto heels are banned on airlines because you can legitimately kill someone with them. :P

So is shampoo, doesn't make it a good thing to bring to a gun fight  :P.

I dunno, a stiletto would be nice if you ran out of ammo and had nothing to fight with. I mean, if they're wearing something that can block your stiletto, you're fucked anyway. :P

No. And you can have any colour you want natural apart from non-mono(Like two tone or rainbow. Please, no rainbow hair, even dyed.)
