Which territories? For what purpose?

If feasible, I suggest that in the future you put the information in Google Sheets.

The Tombs of Silence gained their false name when necromancers descended upon their lands, their deep halls, sunken cities of stone, tunnels and caverns, working dark magics, twisting the very land itself, cursing it so that all that die rise up again as unliving abominations. The necromancers have been defeated now, enslaved by the Tombs of Silence to do their bidding, but their curse remains, too powerful for even the necromancers themselves to remove or undo.

Now the legacy of the curse has shaped the form of the Babbling Labyrinth, with every wall, ceiling and floor housing a honoured dwarven ancestor behind it, entombed in thick steel-rebar reinforced concrete, with no escape, their mindless noises forming together into a background cacophony that permeates the entire Labyrinth. Space is at a premium underground, and as time passed, more and more of it had to be filled with the graves of the neverdead, their corporeal bodies having to remain intact, lest they be free from their physical coils as wrathful spirits that would be much more dangerous overall than the slight annoyance of their current groaning.

The dwarves of the Tomb of Silence had adapted, wearing thick ear-mufflers at nearly all times, communicating through an intricate sign language. Now the sought to expand into new lands, to gain more space to store the corpses of their forefathers.

The Arch-Signer shuffled through cramped, winding passages engraved with cowering reanimated dragons and chained necromancers, making his way to bottom-most of the forsaken pits. He finally came to a thick, steel-grated rock crystal window, beyond it a cowled, miserable figure studying some tomb of undead lore. Imperiously the Arch-Signer tapped against the glass with his staff of office, and when the imprisoned necromaner turned to look at him, he signed his orders. The necromancer was to raise a new zombie army of goblin undead, fresh from the breeding pits, for the Tombs were making ready for war.

Use 5 Admin Power to create 1 Standing Army

As a side-effect of their enforced life of quiet contemplation, many Tombers became great scholars, thinkers and philosophers. Recently, decades of idle speculation on the nature of life and death have taken form into several extremely influential schools of Tomber thought, which spread beyond their borders, increasing their influence within the Deep Halls.

Use 4 Admin Power to increase influence by 2.

All the ones in the Plainskeeps, and the ones next to me in the Grey Peaks, for the purpose of finding out what's there since it's blank right now.

1536, Summer

Report
note: There are two new pages. I've put a calculator in for you.

World Map
Elfeater has dropped out. I've taken the space with a new clan.

The Algarzii scout does not return.

Regetfully, I won't be able to roleplay as NPCs because it would simply get out of hand in regards to workload. Roleplay all you like between yourselves, but keep offers and interactions with NPCs to a basic, please. They'll still react with dice rolls, but I'll give it a nudge in positive/negative by whatever promises/gifts you add to those offers.

Also, loving the civilization descriptions.

Also, this may help.

Dominion = (Wealth+Produce)/2

Wealth = Economy*Population
Produce = Agriculture*Industry
Population = Produce*Infrastructure

New Rule: You can "put admin power behind" your roleplay moves to improve its performance.
New Advisory: When roleplaying for an outcome (ie, to increase prosperity, industry, relations, etc) please put a little backstory behind it so I can come up with reasonable outcomes, negative or positive.

7 Power on Agriculture.
2 Power on Army.

The Battlehammer Clan had recently retaken Mithril Hall after an epic battle of clearing out an infestation of Goblins and other such unmentionables. However, now was the time to concentrate on rebuilding this once great undermountain.
Put together exploration expeditions to discover the strongest veins of metals in the known halls.

In the territory... your civilization report wasn't pulling the figure, heh. Sorry. Your Admin Power is 9.55 for this turn.

There's nothing listed in the goldenpines section on the spreadsheet. Is that a mistake or are there no organized kingdoms there?

How do the various stats translate into actual Administrative Power income, which they presumably influence?

Nighthearth was bustling with activity, the Mistreaders had seen glorious victory and a thousand sacrifices to Father Sea. A mighty host of faithful had assembled, twenty Named Men and with them almost two thousand Bondsmen.

The harbor was filled to the brim with ships to bring these men to Valardarin and bring back the head of Grandmother Yggordis. The old hag had been a troublesome neighbour for some time now and her preaching of a single god angered even the most godless among the Shroudmen. Her hall and her people would burn

Send two Armies to Region C (valardarin)
8,43 Administrative Power into Industry

Uhm i think you forgot to update my influence
