That's the technology list, Kevak. Geothermal energy, simple drones, simple machines.
But what defines a Simple Drone? What defines a Simple Machine? What size of geothermal generators can we make? What efficiency? What format? What exactly does a Servitor Drone have? What exactly does a Guard Drone have? What relative combat strengths? What equipment? What material costs? What other drone blueprints do we have? Lotta specifics that we don't have but need for any sort of sound tactical planning.

Simple drones/machines would be drones and machines made from parts found in the city. These are only good at one thing, such as repairing stuff, fighting, scouting or something else. Medium stuff would be the stuff as it was used to be made, with metal cast in shapes specific for the machine/robot. These things would be able to do  multiple things fairly well. Advanced things are things better than they used to be. New techs are necessary to create these, and they're often masters of one thing or good at multiple things. Geothermal energy as a tech just means you know Geothermal energy exists and how to use it. The size of generators depends on how good you are at making machines.

...A

And when we do run into other races, we will do neither of those things because we are not powerful enough. At least, those won't be our first goals. First we will attempt diplomacy and trade. Then when they refuse because we're robots, then we process them into fuel.

[EVENT]
You send half of the Guards to search the building the sound seems to be coming from. Whilst they are in the building, they suddenly hear a voice. "Stop weeping, my child. It'll all be over soon." This voice is identified as the voice of a old lady, yet it does not seem to be like he voice of any race they've heard before.

What will you do?
A: Continue searching
B: Leave the building and continue scouting

Had a pretty busy week, my apologies. Might update later today or tomorrow, depending on how much I've got left to do.

[EVENT]
Your machines continue searching the building. After a short while, they find the only intact door in the entire building. It is decorated with engravings of skulls, corpses and unidentifiable creatures, and encrusted with black and blue gems. One of the Guards tries to open the door, but a small, magical barrier is detected. Yet the strength of a Guard should not be underestimated, and after a powerful kick, the door flies from its hinges. (1d20:18) The kick is so powerful, that the flying door crushes an unidentified, rat-like creature the size of a large dog behind the door.

The room itself contains three more of these creatures, which are quickly identifies as "Lesser Plague Demons". In the center of the room stands a big pot with a gruesome, thick black sludge slowly bubbling in it. Above the pot, dangling from a chain on the ceiling hangs a female elf, wearing the old and tattered robes of an Acolyte of Light. Even though she's wearing a blindfold, it can still be seen she's crying. In the corner of the room stands an incredibly wrinkly old lady over the corpse of another female elf wearing the same robes. She appears to have been cutting out parts of the corpse when the Guards entered the room.
