"When the century began, I predicted that it would hold the final clash between Manyen's forces of evil and the forces of good, of Mazda. I have been proven terribly correct. It has been not but a scarce pair of weeks since the turn of 1900, and already Manyen has cast off his disguises and led those he grips to attempt to conquer the innocent. First, the failed attack by Drudenburg on the Bretain Empire, for which retribution already arrives.

And now, a new threat. Last year, there were talks of potential alliance with the Marrowlenders. I spoke with a representative, and the reason the Marrowlendian deal fell through? They were opposed to restrictions on invasion, offended by the simple and righteous Zosterian rule against attacks on helpless nations like Disputia, and their neighbors. Now we see that these questions were borne out of real evil and real malice. Marrowlend has invaded our righteous neighbor Buenderland, sending their armies to backstab and steal undefended land. Marrowlend has revealed itself as a land of Manyen and evil.

As it is the sacred Zosterian duty to rid the world of evil, we cannot let this come to pass! We shall defend those of Buenderland and battle against the forces of Manyen that border our holy home! We shall raise the guns of good to strike Manyen right in the hand that controls those who have fallen in here! The Zosterian Domain declares WAR on Marrowlend!"

Heironymus Buender, in a grand and moving speech, decries the vicious and cowardly Marrowlendan attack upon the Buenderlanden nation, publicly apologizing for the oversights on his part which made it possible, and vowing to defeat them utterly. He thanks those friends who have stood by him in this time of crisis, politely cancelling Buenderland's trade deal with Bretain and accepting the trade and research treaties offered by the Zosterian domain.
In addition, He proposes a formal alliance between Buenderland and the Zosterian Domain, to both cement their friendship and counter the worrying alliance between Marrowlend and the Ahrman Dominion.

The Zosterian Domain gladly accepts Buenderland's alliance, welcoming them to the forces of good.

Realizing the surplus of goods, and the subtle lack of recruits (and the unwillingness of generally everyone to enter 'conscription' rather than volunteering), the Galaran Union inquires towards the Belgians if they would like to swap the current Trade Treaty for a Research Treaty.

Galar issues a message to the Domain to beware the notion of dogmatic presentation--that they be aware of who they deem evil lest they be blind to in-grown evil within any future action they take.

The Galaran Union sends their one army at #36 to #37; the next from #35 to #37 (Then make an HQ out of it); issuing a message onto #39 for a peaceful integration come the next month--as well as the open trade of technology and commerce--and in the least, the overturn into a protectorate if the government wishes for inclusion, though control of their own internal affairs.
