Maaan I feel like I'm being talked about in everyone else's telegraphs. I just addressed your post because you were advocating peace (but its far deeper than that :v).

...Why is there support for me taking it though? I don't even know who #39 is! D: (or the associated other light greenies. Independent factions? I'd have liked to alliance them but Haspen didn't poke it maybe somehow? Or they don't have postal service. The latter seems more obvious (or a tightly controlled border that doesn't accept messengers))

Independant factions are simply there to take up space. They take no action, produce no armies and if attacked defend themselves as if they had a single army behind fortifications. Hence Haspen not giving a reply from them

Can't do any diplomacy other than war with a minor nation as well. They serve only to be expanded into.

And you're supported to take it probably because you're so small and not aggressive-looking: your being strengthened would be a lot better for the other nations in the area than seeing one of the bigger nations get it.

I'm not quietly accepting any conquest of it though :v
