((I have to say, I have to move my face a huge amount to find a movement that moves the tip of my nose; I did find tucking my lip under my teeth then moving it back and forth is sufficient, though.))

I find any facial movement sufficient to be considered "dancing" will cause the nose to move enough to send any hypothetical tiny people mounted thereon flying to their puny gods.
