Just to make notice: I have been using Photoshop renders for some of the last pictures, so if you feel that they are too dark, I might post the unedited ones.

Check for wolves, or other cavern creatures.

You try to light up the tunnel in front of you. Nothing much can be seen in the distance, the passageway eventually turns and goes down it seems. At least, there are no footprints on the snowy part exept for your own.

Call out into the tunnel, then listen for anything that stirs in the dark.

"Anyone there!?"

No one answered. Undisturbed echo called back multiple times, showing that the cave is rather long... Or deep.

Startled by that question, you proseed to calm yourself by building both. The snow's somewhat crisp, but, using some items at your disposal, you manage to construct two snow statues.

You walk further into the cave. The passage ends with a crudely carved stone stairway. Dusty torches and ancient engravings cover the walls. The stairs lead to another tunnel below, which looks just like the one you came through, albeit even darker.

Sorry for the delay lads and lassies, shamefully it had nothing to do with me being busy or something. I didn't really like how this update turned out art-wise, but well, it was better post something, wasn't it?

You look closer at the engravings. They look... Strange. Too primitive to be dwarven, though some glyphs do look a bit like letters of dwarf alphabet. Unfortunately, you can't be too sure about this. Anyway, you notice no suspicious slits or anything - the wall is solid natural rock.

Get the bucket, open the chest.

The bucket's empty... Almost. In fact, it's full of webs and spiders, nothing else.



What about the chest, then? Its lock seems sturdy enough, you might have to bring in your lockpick kit for this... *ker-crunch!*

What we got here? Stunning three bronze coins and some dirt. Hardly worth the effort... Who knows though. Maybe some numismatist will-
