I too would like to know how do you exactly immagine mortal races inheriting a school of magic.

It wouldn't be that difficult to make an object to contain the power and knowledge of isgons magic schools and then give that object and allow them to learn isgons magic

I have noticed that Isgons magic is still bund to his dead and disintegrated corpse. As a god of magic, I'd like to claim them, if nobody minds.

Not doing this for profit, just collecting them as a ... Hobby? Just feels right to do as a god of magic, to collect magic schools. Besides, if they are left unclaimed, they sustain a reason for mortals to worship Isgon even after his death. That might do nothing but it also just might collect and get enough power to actually do something annoying

Neither are various other objects that people tend to collect as a hobby. Some people collect bottlecaps and I collect magic schools. If you feel that they are worthless I could buy yours off you.

I most certainly would not limit use of this magic, just as I would not limit any other. In the mortal worlds, nothing would change should my claim succeed.

all creations of Vir are to be informed of Vir,s death immediately

any unique magic or artifacts/wonders shall go to all sentient races created by Vir fairly and evenly with no clear favoritism
Vir,s body if not completely destroyed should be brought to the highest concentration of her worshippers to do with as they see fit
The god of death and oaths shall be the protecter and new god of any remaining creatures of hers

While I can guarantee that I would not ban magic of any kind from any group, no matter the reason, (I have a reason to keep magic active, being a god of it and all), same can not be said about first pantheon. They have rather proven themselves of being rather ruthless in their pursuits.
