Redirect some nickel-iron asteroids to hit near settlements of sapient creatures and engrave them with "A gift from Quelor, god of metal." immediately after they land, using 4 flux for all of this.
Listen to prayers after the meteorites are found.

Use 4F to shield all Djinn and El-Jannah's construction site from the asteroids

Use 3F to slow my meteors before they hit, and adjust the larger ones so that they don't hit at all.

I'd also like to point out to Si and Eid that morals are subjective. Just because one individual thinks it's right, does not mean another will.

Use 1 Essence to begin building portals between the City's fragments. It will probably take multiple turns since I cannot put a lot of essence into it all at once.

The flail is intercepted by the macestaff, which push it away. The shadows begin to move slowly towards Talios.
The crook is thrown back at Talios.

If I have the Essence, help out a bit.  That, or simply implement normal magic portals that can be reinforced by divine mandate.  Or both.  If both, do it in major (capital) cities.
