Modify the rules of Sheol

Open Sheol up to the souls all non-sapient life, up to and including microbes. Obviously, these souls are not worshipers but are simply drawn in. Viruses are also present, since Sadiq isn't sure whether they're alive or not. Unlike sapient souls, these souls become permanent residents.

Djinn that have proven themselves worthy (via the amassing of significant knowledge/discoveries, great acts of service/ambition or greatly expanding the influence of the Djinn) are granted reprieve from reincarnation and are instead directly presented Sadiq to carry out their 'manifest destiny'.
