I would like to point out that the Efte already have an alternative to coffee. it's called "Tea". I invented it a couple of ticks ago. So far it only grows in the Efte caves.

Create surface dwelling tea bushes on every planet.

I Oppose on the basis of it being a pathetic attempt at copying my action. If they don't want coffee there's no reason they'll have tea.

If anything, you creating coffee is in a way copying me. Tea already existed. And what if they prefer the taste of tea over coffee?

Use flux to overcome said opposition. Also make the newly created surface tea bushes slightly inferior to the subterranean tea bushes. If you want proper tea, get it from the Efte.
