You're humanities first and last line of defense. While the militaries of Earth are willing to fight, they are neither equiped to fight nor informed off the danger. The organisation has been founded by a single nation, and it is essential that you convince the other nations to join you in your fight, as you will not be able to hold your ground alone. You have been granted a budget, and can start designing weaponry soon.

here, and you should probably read it. However, the basic rules are that each year you get to design a weapon (or piece of equipment), revise that design (or revise a different existing one), invent something and then everything goes into production, and you can try to manipulate the battles.

EPA Weaponry
PL-12: An active-radar guided missile with a large explosive warhead and a range of almost 100 km. Solid fueled, maximum speed of mach 4 and 21 km flight ceiling. Standard armament on the J31.
PL-15 The PL-15 is a missile optimized for speed, capable of reaching speeds up to Mach 7. It utilizes a reliable solid rocket engine, and active radar terminal guidance to find it's target. It has to be launched at supersonic speed, and has a limited flight time and relatively small warhead, giving it shorter range and less killing power than the conventional missile. Two warheads choices are available, kinetic and fragmentation.
HX-1 missile is a two stage solid-liquid propelled ground to Air missile, equipped with a large HEAT warhead. The significant weight of the warhead necessitated the utilization of the more powerful liquid fuel combination, but this has caused several problems. The hypergolic fuel is not only highly toxic, it is also quite corrosive. Chemical additives have resolved temperature issues though, and severely mitigated the corrosion problem. Can be fired by our submarine and current HQ-9 launchers.

EPA Soldiers
Extreme high power Rounds :A series of rounds designed for higher efficiency against the alien invaders, noted for being considerably more powerful and destructive. However, they tend to inflict serious wear on the current generation of guns utilizing them.
EPA Ground Vehicles
HQ-9 : A long range surface to air vehicle. First introduced in 1997, upgraded variants are still being used by Chinese forces. The basic system is designed for modularity, and can be utilized with a variety of systems and radars. The missile itself, a 2 stage design, has a maximum range of 200 km, fires at Mach 4.2, and has a 180 kg high explosive warhead. Terminal guidance utilizes active radar homing. Batch size : 3
Type 025 Fighting Vehicle A light, low profile tracked vehicle, armored with a strong and durable ceramic armor, which is primarly intended to resists laser weaponry, though it can also reasonably stand up to other forces. It is armed with 4 12.7 mm Heavy machine guns, though adaptions made to improve the systems durability when using high power ammunition have resulted in a markedly lower ammunition and fire rate. Weapon control is handled by a relatively advanced targeting computer. Batch size : 4
EPA Airforce
Shenyang J31 An early fifth generation jet fighter, first flown in 2020. A midweight fighter it utilizes a a twin rudder, twin engine design and has significant stealth characteristics. It is capable of carrying 4 missiles internally, and includes 4 heavy hard points and 2 small hard points on the wings. It's quite maneuverable, but it's jet engines suffer from common problems of early Chinese jet engines, being relatively low powered and unreliable compared with current state of the art designs. Due to the utilization of additive manufacturing techniques, production cost has generally been quite low. Batch Size : 5

Type 095 Submarine
A large nuclear attack submarine. More than a hundred meters long, and with a powerful nuclear reactor, this stealthy giant presents the largest concentration of force available to the organisation. It can be equipped with torpedo's and a vertical launching system for cruise missiles, though at the moment, you have neither and are thus forced to rely on weaponry provided by the PLAN. Which isn't bad, it's just not yours. Batch Size : 0 (High cost means that each vessel requires it's own factory line for support.
Type 095-L Submarine
A variant on the type 095, with an enlarged reactor and a lengthened hull to allow for the installation of a powerful 10 MW laser. The ship has to surface to fire and can only do so in calm seas, as having any water over the laser would result in a rather damaging steam explosion.

Compact Nuclear Reactor technology : Specifically, a pressurized water reactor operating on highly enriched uranium
Basic Stealth Technology :
Primitive laser technology : Allows for large, vehicle mounted lasers.
Super capacitor : A compact power storage technology capable of rapid discharge
Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage (based on alien tech) : An expensive technology capable of storing vast amounts of powers at no loss.
