We cannot make mind control chips without knowing biology. So option three is automatically out.

Yes, I know, just saying what people asked for.

That said, want to make a preliminary combat beast next turn?  It can be a precursor to a chrysalid type monster!

I am thinking smaller then our normal soldiers, fast, armored, large claws, spits acid, dog to monkey intelligence?

...Can we just omit the acid and basically make something like a hormagaunt?

Okay what about an organic laser organ.  Lasers.  Out of their eyes!

Is the objective to eradicate or subjugate the humans?

Voting on that, and AFAIK most of the votes are for subjugation.

Why subjugation over annihilation?

Annihilation is both boring, and doesn't agree with our modus operandi given the lack of large-scale orbital bombardment.

So you have a plan for subjugation then?

Subjugation will go as follows:

-Pacify the armies opposing. Civilian casualties are acceptable but not preferable. 90% casualty rate in civilian population is acceptable according to Document 00135673467, Revision 27. Subjugation Request 004713-Administrator 000134127-Client.
-As we are designated as a Caste-Hive species by the Auiditors, and the closest Auditor Observation Fleet is many many sectors away, we can commit Minor War Crime. Namely, multicellular bioweapons are permissible. Our troopers are classified as a Naturally Evolving Bioweapons and exempt from normal laws. Allowing any Auditor probing of our operation to pass off minor Synthetic Biological Entities as subcastes of our Combat Caste.
-Commandeer and upgrade infrastructure.
-Improve the lives of civilians resulting in overall support and integrate their culture with ours over the course of their Clienthood.
-Keep race demilitarized until they cease being a Class One Client Race several hundred years from now.
-Upon cultural integration they become a Class Two Client Race, adapted to our tech level sufficiently to begin colonizing otherwise inhospitable worlds for us.
-Upon paying off the cost of uplifting tenfold, they will cease being a Client Race and be allowed to enter galactic society as an independent entity, being gifted their colonized, inhospitable oxygen infested planets. The Auditors will ensure cessation of the contract should we or our decendents attempt to void it.

This works better. A lot simpler and gives us leeway in regards to species and all that (Mostly given oxygen's reactivity means that it's almost certain that we have more than a few oxygen-breathing races)

Odds are is we don't have an oxygen breathing client race. Yes there are probably other races that breath it, but our race specifically likely lacks a convenient client race. Could simply be the last one payed off its debts, or it could be it's our first oxy-client acquisition. Based on how we are functionally a relatively small corporate group invading, I would say it's the first oxy acquisition, our race not being willing to put full strength behind what could just be a waste of funds and troops if they turn out to be too alien in thought to control.

If the group succeeds, likely multiple government and private contracts will be issued to colonize otherwise difficult to settle worlds with our new client race, meaning massive wealth influx to the group.

((Auditors in my mind are basically a T3 race that enforces a set of laws across a group of galaxies. Functionally space lawyers.))

Eh, I'm pretty sure a species of space lawyers would have a an extinction event so fast there wouldn't be much left.

Also, we aren't a corporate group, rather an expeditionary force (And I'm backing it up with last turns reports.)

Technically I think we decided we were a family/clan? That still fits the expeditionary force and the corporate thing.

A species of space lawyers probably didn't become lawyers until late in their timeline. At the point they cannot just be removed.

I don't think we actually reached any consensus on that particular topic.
