In that case we need to convince enough nations to support us in secret that so we can then start openly devastating cities/infrastructure and decapitating national leadership of those who do not.

Even if the humans are our goal, that does not rule out orbital bombardment, being able to annihilate enemy bases and infrastructure on demand is a great ability.

True, but deploying orbital bombardment satellites is of little priority at the moment, since we'd be restricted to tactical-level bombardments.

Currently there are two goals I can see:

Eradicate hostile Terran Military Forces.

Subjugate 1 in 10 or greater of Terran Civilian Population.

Obviously the first priority is deleting the military. Also.. We wouldn't be deploying bombardment sats. That's stupid. We'd be making Tungsten rods and launching them, just ensuring they are too small to devastate the planet.

Since we gain more production facilities from gaining countries under our control, we need to get more countries. SA is a start, but I'm afraid team Human is going to send troops there to get them back under control.

With what ground troops exactly?

They can dispatch planes there, missiles... Send their sub off the coast.

We are deciding on research and general battle plans.

Research seems to boil down to 1. learning more about human biology 2. adapting our selves to survive in earth's environment or 3. Make mind control chips.

We got new drop pods and better lasers so we need to decide what to build, most people are going for:
1.Drones (4)
2.Soldiers (4)
3.Enhanced Drop Pods (2)

(better lasers should be auto upgraded??)

Combat plans are up, some people want to invade South America.  You can suggest whatever.  Also no generals were decided on yet.
