Obviously you use magma to evaporate some of the water and sell it as double distilled mermaid sweat.

if you already have the barrels of sweat,it should be easy,sweat is  local creature mat,so (i think) reagent a would be local_creature_mat sweat,reagent b would be fuel,and turn it into a drink,if you dont have the barrels,you would have to make sweat a milkable mat,then do the above reaction
