$$$
Price check on [Rulership] trait: increases the subject race or being's ability to rule a civilisation/kingdom/etc.
Price check on [Temporary Reactive-Based Power Enhancement (Combat)] trait: increases the subject race or being's power the more they fight until the fight is over
Price check on [Permanent Reactive-Based Power Enhancement (Combat)] trait: increases the subject race or being's power the more they fight, the power increase being permanent
Price check on [Reactive-Based Power Enhancement (Near-Death(Combat))] trait: increases the subject race or being's power every time they nearly die as a result of combat
Price check on [Gravity Tolerance] trait: allows the subject race or being to act in higher levels of gravity without issue. For example, a subject with +9 will suffer no ill effects on 10G planets and actually be more physically able on 1G planets. This isn't [Gravity Adapatation+9] which lets the subject handle 10G planets but be negatively affected by being in lower G environments (like how humans IRL can't grow up/be for a long time in space)
Price check on [Threshold-Based Disease Immunity] trait: the subject race or being is immune to any disease less harmful than the most harmful disease inflicted on them
Price check on [Anti-Evil] trait: the subject race or being is actively harmful to nearby evil beings (works on those with the Evil trait as well as those that are simply evil)

I hope I'm using the terms right...

First is divine senses, which allow them to hear from a vacuum, see on the other side of the world, and know what any other deity is doing at the moment.

I also assume most deities speak in divine telepathy, as it'd take minutes for speech to go from out of the atmosphere and to the surface for communication.

Lastly, I assume deities don't move very much unless they explicitly say so.
This is one of those games where the MST3K Mantra applies.

Okay, I'm going by a series of assumptions in this game.

I also assume most deities speak in divine telepathy, as it'd take minutes for speech to go from out of the atmosphere and to the surface for communication.

Gods are omnipresent. The only thing that varies is direction of their attention.

Price check on [Plot Bane] trait that makes anything with it break plot armor(given by Unique trait) easier.

Wrong, that would not work.
How would people be able to keep secrets from gods if they're everywhere?

Gods are everywhere, but this would cause sensory overload if the unimportant stuff wasn't left out. Secrecy is handled by making sure it filters out as unimportant.

Gods are not omnipresent, but they can be in multiple places at the same time. Hell, in the Vlad Taltos series that's what's used as the definition of a god.

The real question is: How does a god that is everywhere hide from/dodge attacks?

I term gods as the following:

Capable of creating something from nothing.

Sure, they use their own energy to create something, but they didn't use existing matter to create something, they made the matter they used to create something.
And all of the gods are currently capable of creating something from nothing.

How does a god that is everywhere hide from/dodge attacks?
Simple: by being a god.

I have a question KJP, is one of our sphere considered "major" or more important than the other one? If yes, can I switch it so that villainy is my primary one?

$$$Price check

Price check on portals/gates within The City leading to portals/gates in The City on the other worlds, interconnecting them if they aren't already, with easy but controllable access to them, capable of transporting large amounts of materials when necessary as well.

Price check on a public/mass transit system and/or transportation system within The City(s).

Oh, and I'm hoping/guessing I self-maintain? Like, I can keep myself reasonably clean and not falling apart despite there being nowhere near enough people to do maintenance on me for the time being?

If not, then price check on enough autonomous golems/robots to keep me maintained, please. :P

They have Fear+1 and Charismatic-1. How are they supposed to get all cuddly with a member of another race if they're naturally repulsive to everyone?

....Is there a good way to answer this question?

There is no accounting for taste?

Well, Si didn't think it quite through.
Though with them being the workers and soldiers... favors for favors.
Well, if it wasn't for them being even more stupid than the people they're supposed to exchange favors with.
