If, with the scale change to populations, since I tried to create the 6,000 Puren and 150 Zhangzhi before the change, and prices were supposed to fall to compensate, and it seems to have gone into effect...how come they cost the full amount from before the change, but weren't multiplied with it?

Also, TheBiggerFish, any time you want to accomplish something involving another god with a spell or whatever, it's going to require Flux, and most likely a lot of it, at that.

Well I s'pose it would be nice to see what would happen to one god trying 0-cost actions to defend/attack while another god pays to do the same.

Zenurion and Eid were shooting plasmancy lasers at each other earlier, and neither of us got harmed in any way. I'd guess from that that magic is useless against a god.

Well in the Rules section of the BBo'I, KJP says that you get what you pay for. If you don't pay anything, you won't get anything

I also remember seeing something about magic not being as good as divine powers, but I can't remember where I saw it...
