it seems Dwarmin is more going towards the cavalry?

Special Forces! I will be using cavalry, sneak, and ranged attacks to target and kill the weak points/enemy commanders. Also, recon.

That's a bad idea, we could end up with a whole lotta random stuff as everyone gets their own random thing. I suggest we pool our money for this setup.

We'll be moving our own forces in battle. As long as we generally go along certain roles needed, we should be fine.

Ok, so I'll take the animated armour.
Hwo much would it be to equip them all with spears or glaives?

You can get weapons in bulk at cost, or 50% off. So you could get them spears for 5 gold and glaives for 50.
You can of course go bargain hunting, and you might be able to find better deals.

Hmmm... pikes are cheap and have reach, and I doubt the AA mind the weight. So that'd be 25gp at most for pikes, correct?

I'm going to be the heavy infantry, and I don't recall seeing a post of you wanting them.

My character - and indeed my battleplan - is to wade in with a bunch of strong, durable troops, while Dwarmin and others flank and harry or whatever, and the AA would be rather useful there.

Pretty good.
You have 39 HP, assuming you don't want to roll for it.
I'm not sure how you have 18 AC, since you can't apply your Dexterity to your AC in Chain Mail, and you don't have enough Strength to wear the armor.
Some fluff would be nice too, but other than that, it's good. I'll add it to the OP.

Edit: Oh, and KJ and Kashyyk, if you could tell me what rank of nobility you are, I'd appreciate it.

I mean, yes. But we should coordinate what forces we get so we don't end up with random stuff.

I'll probably be in support with the Fanatics, if we use my layout.

Even with the +25? Wow, that was a crap roll. AC is because I forgot I needed the strength for the Chain Mail. (16 from chain mail +2 from shield) I went for point buy so I'll faff with the stats to make it work.

Wrt. fluff, I imagine Antonio is an attaché from the Kingdom of Castile, to be the official voice of the kingdom if need be, and to keep an eye on these foreigners who are leading armies around. So I'd think a count would be appropriate. High enough to actually have a bit of power, but low enough that no one would care if he got himself killed. If that's an okay concept I'll expand it some more.

Where are you getting the +25 HP from?
At level 1, you get 10 HP + Con Mod (11). Then, every level after that, you get either 6 HP + Con Mod (7) or 1d10 HP + Con Mod. So, if you don't roll, you get 11+7+7+7+7=39 HP.

After looking over the titles I believe that sara would be either a duchess or a countess.

It's because I'm an idiot, that's why. 39hp is fine.

Is my fluff concept ok?
