The game is a lot simpler than that. You can discuss actions when you see somebody's posting their own. The game is really simple. Unless you want to waste your turn holding a meeting, that is. Sorry if I didn't explain it well enough.

Donald begins writing out blueprints for a high tech base for his team.  The base will feature the best automated security turrets available, video surveillance and news monitoring, an Anti-Missile Defense Array, and of course, a self-destruct button to be used only in emergency situations.
