Doesn't he need at least one level in X Arms for Akras to allow him to carry a gun?

Small arms is Easy, if I remember correctly. Even a single point would be enough. Then you can have an SMG and a pistol.

I mean seriously, Tal will probably be pissed if you have no guns.

And Jon would slap you for wasting his time if you get injured because you had no gun.
