Question since this is quite far ahead in the future for example, are powered armor and mechs able to be bought. What about  stealth technolgy, or genetic manipulation nothing crazy but like increased strength and such. Just kinda want to know so we know what we have to do ourselfs or can just buy. So basically the general tech level and if those examples are available thanks.

To be fair it is also a realistic game and the dm plays it as such. You could probably get an implant that stimulates adrenalin production when you need an extra boost. Otherwise an injector with some chemical that enhances reaction, that you have to refill or something. But it's all to much for you right now just saying.

We can paint a dragon skull on our biggest rig. Mounting the real thing makes it heavier.
