Detracts from environmental awareness and therefore increases likelihood of being impaled through the chest. Having to state a command to cut the music wastes precious seconds. Precious seconds that could be used to prevent being impaled through the chest.

Kevak if I may interject I think maybe we need to find a balance between the two. Because we may survive these missions by being careful, siegeing long range, and sending in drones. But its no fun for the rest of us to do that, we might as well not even be there when we do this. I'm not saying be as crazy as Lord or insane throwing explosives everywhere or such, but maybe metal gear crazy 5 crazy with some realism. We have to take risks or its not that fun for the rest of us. Yeah we might die but that's also FuN lol

My plan is get us fully geared and get us more stats before going head on against hordes. Power Armor is only fun when it doesn't end with being disembowled by a hydralisk, and I do intend to get us power armor~

I'm thinking it might be neat post mission to do a field trip or something rpish. A mission is like 6 hours. And we spend weeks at base between them. I think we could prolly do some stuff with that time~
