Get as much free armor as you can. It's very much vital.

You probably want to have more constitution then the current Null~

Grab a free SMG as an extra sidearm.

If we can get more squaddies now that we're a veteran squad, we should look into a medic. If all goes well we won't need one, but best to assume non-best case scenario.
