What i thought Frazz was going to do was shoot it from the edge of the fence itself. VK just assumed i did the stupidest option. I thought i would just lean over the side and hawk a loogie a couple meters out. Even i would not knowingly fire napalm over a defensive wall.

Yes, but to be fair, you have to agree that it would be pretty Frazzy if he decide that spitting over the wall was a better idea since he didn't have to lean over it that way. Plus he couldn't have had known that it would dribble. :P
