Tal basically sees this as complicated babysitting. He's sticking the sane ones together and making sure he can keep an eye on the less then sane ones. Although he'll prolly just stick Vigil with the girls and Maximus cause he is fairly sure he'll behave and not wander off with them.

What do you mean when you said that Tal was in the 'Sane minus Jon and Zach' group? Zach and Jon and Tal are the sanest people IMO (not in that order either). Zachary has little-kiddie-behavioural syndrome when it's not up to him to be responsible

Sane minus Jon and Zach basically means the sane group is missing two people. Tal doesn't rank himself on a sanity scale but is probably fairly sane for now. He's basically sticking the people he thinks don't need babysitting in it. Not counting Jon and Zach, who he thinks he might need to handle Frazz and Arthur.

So, feedback on everyone so far:
Tal - Level-headed guy, only reason there have been no deaths yet.
Jon - Level-headed medic, also a reason there are no deaths yet.
Aria - BAMF with a gauss rifle, also a reason we haven't died.
Jenny - Sniper (?)
Arthur - Compulsive soldier who doesn't think twice.
Maximus - Kickass Roman Dude.
Vigil - Dude with big sword (no innuendo intended... well, maybe a small one XD)
Zachary - Knife-toting N-E-R-D
EDIT: Frazz - The drug junkie who nobody really really really likes, but is mildly likable to someone who isn't Tal (Utterly opposed to drugs, too level-headed), Jon (Likewise) and Zach (Too many encounters with him looking like he was going to inject someone whether they liked it or not). I probably missed someone in Frazz's 'unless you're' list
Zander - COWBOY YEEHA!

I think you should add "mildly worrisome interest in eldritch magics" to Jon. Also,Tal should have "spends 90% of the day face palming"

Edit: also, Yay my character is the most complex! I get 2 sentences of description!
