Not necessarily. The others can learn various other skills. More quicky than just by active participation in battle. If tal and the new girl kept working using the drones, they learn how to use them better, faster, identify threats that would have more easily been missed through human eyes or senses, and so on.

The gm just said that they wanted an atribute picked before we moved past to the other side. Didnt say why. My tactic was just to choose something that would make sense for Vigil. Something he used a lot for this mission.
