I like Maximus because he's funny and thinks he's a roman or something. Aria feels somewhat more powerful, mostly in her consistently hitting what she's aiming for with the Gauss, but she hasn't made any drastic leap since the start like several of the characters.

I would like to note Aria's capacity to fire the Gauss more or less without significant issue repeatedly despite the recoil being enough to break arms in most people. So there's some definite improvement there.

Seriously though, I'm not sure if Frazz is more powerful. I feel like he's kinda side-graded

It took me an arm and getting eviscerated, along with a lot of credits, but I do feel like Jon is quite a bit more powerful than at the beginning.

No complaints here really, i've had to work on my writing a bit and that's a good thing.

But otherwise Maximums is my favorite npc.

Zach is... both more powerful and not. He's not a specialist in anything but does have kickass powers
